This building that has stood in place for a century deserves respect and a sensitive approach. Carefully restored period elements give the interiors a pleasant scale and a warm touch. Its historic street-facing facade will be preserved, while its courtyard-facing exterior will have a modern look with airy terraces and an elevator.Magic of light
Housing in Šlikova 16 is defined by exceptional brightness and airiness. The common stairwell is flooded with light streaming in from the French windows of the exterior elevator landings. Large-format windows without sills generously illuminate the apartments’ main rooms. Most of the bathrooms come with windows, and glazed interior doors make sure that light can circulate within the space of each apartment.
